This project refit an existing cartoner machine with three Fanuc M-1 robots and back-lit conveyor to load product onto the cartoner belt at a rate of 150 parts per minute. The system must detect infeed product orientation and track to one of three robots where the product is then re-oriented and placed into the carton conveyor flights. Break-away tooling ensure no system damage upon e-stop or other unforeseen conditions. Added control panels are UL listed by Brooks Machine & Design.
